Several videos, several effects, one ask
Put your clips in the folder, mention them with @, and ask for everything at once. Claude runs one tested script after another on each clip, then joins them.
Add a pastel tone to @clip1.mp4, put a sale badge on @clip2.mp4, give @clip3.mp4 a VHS look, then join all three with crossfades.
Settings you can change
Ask Claude to change any of these, or edit them at the top of the command.
| Setting | Default | What it does |
|---|---|---|
FLOOR | 0.42 | Where black lands (0-1). 0.42 turns pure black into a soft 107 gray, so nothing goes deep. |
CONTRAST | 0.85 | 1 keeps the original contrast; lower flattens it for a gentle, chalky look. |
SATURATION | 1.8 | Boosts the color the lifted floor washes out, so the pastels stay candy-like, not gray. |
TINT | 0.06 | How far the floor leans pink-lilac: red and blue are lifted this much more than green. |

Give input.mp4 a pastel tone for the whole clip. Using ffmpeg, first lift the blacks with colorlevels so the darkest output value is 0.42 on green and 0.48 on red and blue (romin=0.48:gomin=0.42:bomin=0.48), which gives a milky floor with a slight pink-lilac lean. Then apply eq with contrast 0.85 and saturation 1.8 so the picture is soft and low in contrast but the colors stay candy-like rather than gray. Nothing in the frame should be darker than about 110 on any channel, the black dropper cap should turn a soft mauve, and the highlights must not blow out to white. Keep the size (540x960), 30fps, 6 seconds and the audio. Encode H.264 yuv420p and save it as output.mp4.Run it without Claude
This is the exact command we tested. Save it as pastel-tone.sh and run:
